Testing

In house capability exists to test a large range of aircraft and ground components. We have an inventory of test stands that can provide testing for tension, pressure, flow, balance, shear, as well as a host of other parameters.

Parts Sales and Re-Utilization.

Parts Sales
Texas Aerospace Services has built an inventory of aircraft parts that were surplus to our repair and overhaul contracts. This inventory has been supplemented by educated purchases of new and surplus parts from both military and commercial sources. Email your requests for quote to sales@texasaerospace.com.

Re-Utilization
By making selective buys of end items and returning them to serviceable condition, Texas Aerospace Services is building a pool of rotable assets. The C-130 cargo winch, P/N 9440-11, is an excellent example of this effort. Our customers can come to us for these winches for repair/overhaul services, for an exchange, or for an outright purchase.

Manufacturing

Currently Texas Aerospace is the OEM for the Porta-Shear device used in the shear testing of aerospace materials. Additionally, we manufacture many smaller, obsolete piece parts that are approved for aircraft components.
